There are some opportunities for growth, but they can be limited. Advancement usually depends on performance and initiative. More structured development support would be beneficial.
I wasn't promoted yet for the same role, but my Senior Manager plans to enroll me for Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. I believe this training improve my knowledge and skills, which will help me in time of career advancement.
