The office culture is professional and collaborative, with clear structure and hierarchy. Teamwork is encouraged, and colleagues generally cooperate well. After hours, socializing happens occasionally but is mostly informal and voluntary.
Our team is very casual and close at the same time. Its easy to work with my colleagues. After hours, we are mandated to update in our thread that we got home so that the team are aware to ensure our safety especially when going home from a graveyard shift.
