
I am generally satisfied with the tasks I am given as they allow me to utilize and develop a wide range of skills. Working on onboarding candidates and collecting requirements while monitoring compliance gives me a sense of structure and accountability. Creating IDS and handling background check endorsements to third parties challenges me to maintain accuracy and attention to detail, which I find rewarding. Overall, these tasks provide a balance between administrative responsibilities and process-oriented challenges, keeping my work both engaging and purposeful.
I work on the recruitment team, managing candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between hiring managers and applicants. I also assist with reviewing resumes and ensuring a smooth hiring process and doing some invoices.
For my role specifically, I am the POC for Recruitment Events. Being the middleman between the Site Leads and Vendors. I am assigned to send email requests for the events every week, check for addition or cancellations, and to process the invoices. Aside from that, I am also the POC for Pasig and Mandaluyong Site. Working closely with their Site Leads to accommodate sourcing needs. Mostly tapping digital leads, conducting roadshows, creating content (reels) and conducting live events to invite applicants and provide details for referrals. Our team have a weekly business review to report about out site/s status and needs.
