I applied when Infocom conducted a job fair in our barangay. I submitted my application spontaneously due to the convenience. The process began with an initial screening by the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, which focused on validating my personal details and asking about my interest in recruitment. After that, I took assessments for an agent role. The final interview was conducted by the Manager of Talent Acquisition, with questions mainly centered on my college experiences since I had no prior work experience. Within a week, a recruiter called to schedule my onboarding. Overall, the process was efficient. Before my contract ended, I was one of three TA Specialists endorsed to apply for a probationary position in Inspiro's Sourcing Team. We were sent to the Insular site via Grab and interviewed together by the Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager. They were very direct about what they were looking for and what we should expect from the role, which I appreciated. Fortunately, I was accepted and started working there a few days later due to the urgent need for manpower.
