The role includes basic training programs focused on key skills and processes. I’ve gained valuable technical and communication skills through these sessions. There are some opportunities for development, and occasional performance feedback helps guide improvement. Coaching and mentoring are limited but appreciated when available.
For informal training, I am satisfied. Especially during our first week in Sourcing, despite of the urgent need of manpower, the team didn't let us drown on the process, rules, and terminologies used. They made sure to transition us so that we're able to understand how our team works. As for formal trainings, I was informed about lean six sigma but we're still waiting for the enrollment.
