I work from home twice a week. The employer offers a good balance of flexibility with standard hours, supporting a hybrid work arrangement.
Normally, our shift is 11AM - 8PM. I like that we're not within the range of rush hour so traffic is not usually a problem. However, depending on the needs, there are times that our schedule will be 3PM - 12AM, or 10PM to 7PM when doing roadshows for graveyard employees. But our superiors makes sure that we have at least 12 hours of rest when changing the shift. In terms of remote work, we are allowed maximum of 2 days per week.
