Salary is close to minimum, but bearable.
Although the pay is decent for a fresh graduate, I still feel a bit unsatisfied. As a person living away from my parents, the pay can seem a bit lacking especially when you are trying to sustain yourself. Bonuses seem to be decent especially when the company overall does great.
Bonuses are subject to the company's performance. Pay grade is good for fresh grad.
HOPING THAT THERE IS ALWAYS BONUS ON DECEMBER OTHER THAN THE 13TH MONTH PAY, EVEN THOUGH MY SALARY IS LOW I AM SURPRISED BECAUSE OF LAST YEAR'S DECEMBER BONUSES
It can compensate my expenses but not fully cover my needs. I guess it depends on how we treat our own pay. In my case, I have many on my plate that I need to spend my salary into.
