Managers work on a skeletal force with a 2 days on site and 3 days WFH. Though with this setup, we can freely communicate with them with a good supervision to make our work better.
The seniors and managers tend to be busy a lot of the time but they are very accommodating when they are available. They will entertain your concerns accordingly as long as you communicate accordingly. They provide appropriate feedbacks and concerns and give praise to achievements when there are. They are one of the highlights of the job.
Supervisors and Managers are often loaded with tasks but they will meet or accommodate concerns through chat or quick call. Team leads are very understanding and considerate. Accomplishments are celebrated and achievements are recognized.
SO RELIABLE AND KIND, ALSO GOOD LISTENERS
Majority of the bosses here in ICS are really approachable. In my case, I don't really have any concerns or issues with my direct reporting boss.
