Managers are approachable when needed, although we do not interact with them frequently due to the nature of our work. Most communication is handled through the Manager Assistant or our supervisors. Feedback is provided when needed, and managers are available whenever issues require their attention.
All I can say is that powertripping and the every day meeting is tiring. Especially if i can't support or respond to any ticket when we are at a meeting.
If we're talking about manager in ICS it's good. But if we're gonna talk about the manager in our station in benilde that should be 0. = Extremely Unsatisfied.
Everything is managed well, employees are being updated regularly.
