My day-to-day tasks include setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, monitors, and other computer equipment. I troubleshoot hardware issues, perform diagnostics, reimage laptops, install replace faulty components, and provide technical assistance to end users. I also perform routine maintenance to ensure all IT equipment is functioning properly and ready for use.
My role is to assists students, teachers, faculty with their technical problems. Its fun because you are learning a lot while working and helping them work smoothly is also not a bad trade off.
