In my case, the recruitment process was surprisingly fast and not worrisome. I felt a sense of security and love both for the work and the management.
The hiring process is quite satisfactory as they consistently update you and set proper expectations. When it comes to assessing the individuals, you are assessed accordingly depending on the role you apply for.
The interview process was interesting and the hiring personnel was accommodating however my hiring process took a few months.
IT BEGINS WITH HR INITIAL INTERVIEW, THEN AFTER ABOUT 3 - 4 DAYS, THEY WILL INTERVIEW WITH THE DEPARTMENT YOU'LL WORK FOR, SPECIALLY THE IT MANAGER. THE DAY AFTER THAT THEY WILL ASK YOU THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO CALL THE REFERENCE FROM YOUR CV OR RESUME AND TALK TO THEM MORE ABOUT THE APPLICANT. AND THEN IF YOU PASS THE HIRING PROCESS, THEY WILL HAVE THE FINAL INTERVIEW WHICH THE HR WILL EXPLAIN THE WORK AND BENEFITS THEN THEY, FINALLY THE CONTRACT SIGNING.
