The salary is fine and it includes allowance and OT however the expense to go to work is also a problem but its doable.
The pay is not enough because I work until Saturday. I hope that Saturday becomes OT for the whole day. I also hope we have this mandatory raise

It is reasonable amount of pay given my status as it is my first job. There are also inclusions in HMO; dental etc.
