The company provides hands-on training focused on hardware support. I learned how to diagnose and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware issues, replace and upgrade components, perform laptop reimaging, install operating systems, run hardware diagnostics, configure BIOS settings, and set up workstations and peripherals. I also received regular coaching and feedback from senior team members, which helped improve my technical skills and problem-solving abilities
So my training was already on site at Benilde so it was already practical and I have learned a lot to my fellow ICS workmate
Before deployment, everyone must be assessed through series of exams and certifications which can help develop skills before deployment.
