It is okay, good 8 hrs. of work on a weekday and leisure time on a weekend.
We are given a consistent schedule, however, it is a bit longer than the usual 8-hour shift and this can lead to burn out quickly especially if the workload is at its peak.
Flexibility with regard to work hours will always depend on certain technologies handled.
HONESTLY IM ALWAYS LATE, MY SCHED IS 8AM - 5PM BUT I ALWAYS ARRIVING AT 9AM AND SO ON, BUT WHEN I AM LATE IM ALSO GOING HOME LATE, FOR EXAMPLE I ARRIVED AT 9AM THEN I G OUT AT EXACTLY 6PM. EVEN IF NOT PAID JUST TO ADJUST FOR MY TARDINESS,
We only report 9 hours of working a day, 5 days a week being under a compressed work week schedule.
