
There are clear promotion pathways in our line of service, from Associate to Senior Associate, Assistant Manager, Manager, and eventually Partner for those pursuing the partnership track. These opportunities help us build both technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
From what I know, some of the October 2023 CPALE passers have been promoted to Senior Associate recently. That is faster in promotion compared to other lines of service in the firm. Yes, there are a lot of opportunities to fulfill career aspirations. Coaching and Personal Growth and Development Plans are great help in order to keep upskilling. I am unsure yet how they pick who are going to be promoted.

Promotion opportunities mostly require years of experience (e.g. 2 F.Y. experience before Senior Associate promotion). It is a standard requirement for our role where a year-round experience is crucial.
