The people in the workplace are highly collaborative and easy to work with. They are open to questions from new associates and consistently provide guidance. Each employee is part of a coaching family, typically composed of a manager along with associates and senior associates, while assistant managers are grouped with senior managers. Newcomers are also assigned buddies to ensure they receive proper support and guidance in performing their tasks effectively.
I do not have much experience in the office yet, but as far as I can tell, seeing them work in the open space really motivates one to also work hard and focus on what he/she is doing. Since there are no placards for names and titles in the office, it is rather casual and everyone is expected to just be respectful regardless of rank. And since it is an open space, employees from another table sometimes visit other tables/seats to talk about work-related matters.
Everyone takes coaching and being kind very seriously, there is always respect, calmness, and feeling of warmth
The culture in the office is very light and welcoming. It feels like I want to better myself to be at their level and they will gladly support you and teach you to do that. Even the partner and managers are very approachable, and they manage to break the barrier between ranks but also the respect is still in place regardless of the rank.
