My thoughts in the salary and benefits in my role is that it falls on the decent amount of salary as a fresh graduate student. However, given the high cost of living in this country, it is not quite liveable. However, the benefits included and the care of the firm through the benefits especially during the busy season, and training period is quite nice. Even though we are still in a probationary period, we are now included in the benefits offered just like HMO and Flexible Benefits.
