The team is highly approachable and engaging. They consistently make sure that we feel welcomed and supported. Walkthroughs are provided to help us understand the team structure and the engagements we may be assigned to, which greatly helps in easing the transition for new associates.
From what I have seen on Outlook, the higher ups were great at doing emails. I have not personally interacted with any of them, so I cannot say for sure.
They are easy to approach, may it be virtual and face to face. They are also good mentors.
The managers are good mentor, they managed to break the barriers between ranks making them approachable. They are also very appreciative while also correcting our mistakes. They are able to make constructive criticisms light and not degrading. We can feel their care for our growth in their leadership.
