PwC Isla Lipana & Co.'s main office is located at the AIA Tower in Makati City, a prime business district that's easily accessible and well-connected. The office space is modern and well-equipped, providing a professional environment with collaborative work areas and meeting rooms. Facilities support both in-office and hybrid work arrangements. As for the dress code, it's generally business formal during client-facing engagements, with allowances for business casual attire on regular office days, especially when working remotely.
It is an open space where we don't have fixed seating arrangement nor fixed cubicle. We are supposed to reserve seats using an online Reservation Management. The office tends to get hot sometimes, but they explained that it is the central air cooling system of the building so they cannot control the temperature as they want. The dress code is business/smart casual on normal days, while we are expected to wear corporate attire when meeting clients.
The office space was spacious. The facilities are complete.
Dress code is a business casual. Spaces are air-conditioned with clean and working rooms and facilities. There is also a small pantry for coffees and for quick breaks. Small concern on the lack of seats for those present on-site sometimes
The office is located in prime location which is very convenient for a commuter like me. The office space is nice, however, during the RTO days some of us do not have seats to work on at it is already occupied by the other employees. The dress code is very flexible, and they teach us to dress appropriately in a business settings.
