The interview process began with an online assessment that included a basic grammar test and case studies related to audit scenarios. After completing the assessment, I had an initial interview where my personality and behaviour were evaluated to see if they aligned with PwC's core values. I was asked about how I handle conflict, pressure, and time management challenges, as well as my internship experience during college. The manager's interview followed a similar format, focusing on personal experiences related to time management, conflict resolution, and my internship. Overall, the process was highly engaging, and both interviewers made the experience interactive and insightful.
There was an initial assessment. The first part tested my English grammar skills, while the second part was essay type, where they asked situational questions that tested my behaviour and thinking.
The interview process, once ongoing, were smooth and it escalates quickly from the English exam to the HR interview to the manager's interview.
The interview process and assessment falls on the time expected.
