We follow an 8-hour shift with flexible start times between 7:00 to 9:00 AM and end times between 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Our team operates under a hybrid setup, with three days of Return-to-Office (RTO) and two days of flexible work arrangements. This structure supports both productivity and work-life balance.
Flexible as to starting and ending time. We can start as early as 7am and as late as 9am. Then as long as we render 8 hours of meaningful work, that is okay. Line of Services and Groups have different report to office rules, so it varies. I heard from my group that we have 3 RTO's per week.
We are currently on a hybrid work set-up.
Remote work is flexible we are required to be on-site during Thursdays and the 2nd RTO is at our discretion. These are flexible depending on client needs and weather conditions
It is quite expected that the work hours I render will be more than or equal to 40 hours per week because I chose to work in an audit firm. However, given the pressure of the work I have, the employer is very understanding and putting an effort to lessen the pressure we have in this career. They do not pressure us to work at all even on weekends and holidays. And even when we ask for break, they give us that and very understanding of the situation.
