Diversity and inclusion means something very intimate in L'Oreal. As a make-up company, we are filled with people from different backgrounds, but mostly of very open feminine individuals. Although, this is in a lot of ways unintentional, it has created a very open culture of respect amongst each other regardless of age, gender, background, etc. I am very happy and comfortable with the diversity and inclusion in this company.
