Interview process and assessment varies depending on HR's process during the time of recruitment. My genuine thought is that it can be quite challenging to be chosen amongst the number of applications received by HR, which in a lot of ways normal. Once I was selected, I did feel that the recruitment process from there was quite straightforward, and HR was very open to questions during my processing of requirements and overall onboarding.
