L'Oreal is very keen in making sure everyone is upskilled, but also encouraging a sense of ownership in seeking out mentors and resources within the company who can guide you towards your career goals.
Unfortunately, trainings in my role do not seem to be a big priority as of the moment. I hope this changes soon, especially given the highly technical demands of my role.
