
My manager is very supportive. She is highly accessible and understanding. She proactively reaches out to me whenever there are updates or concerns. This makes me feel guided and supported.
My first manager focused more on giving me feedback based on what he heard on our teammates about me and compared my pace with the other graduates in the team. Since there was a restructure, I have a different manager. So far, my current manager gives feedback based on what she observes on me, how do I present myself at work (with huddles, meetings, calls), and how to be more visible.
