Macquarie offers an exceptional level of flexibility when it comes to work hours and arrangements. We are only required to be in the office three times a week, and during those days, we’re only expected to stay for four hours. After that, we have the option to head home and continue our work remotely.
My manager allows me to continue my work from home to avoid rush hours, and we are only required to report onsite three times a week. This arrangement provides flexibility while still promoting collaboration.
