As an intern, I received plenty of training from my supervisors on different roles and responsibilities of the department I worked for. I learned skills in employer branding, recruitment, event organizing, planning, and the likes.
Our training and development programs include designing and planning network systems. We also participate in site visits to various substations to familiarize ourselves with the equipment used for electricity distribution. Additionally, we receive training on how to effectively present topics, helping us to be well-prepared for the corporate world.
The training and development program allow me to view myself positively. I am very shy and introverted person but through their training and development programs I am building a positive self-image which help me get by everyday.
