From what I experienced, the company's culture in the office is professional and formal.
It's a homey vibe with camaraderie and bearable work life balance
The company is a female-dominated company maybe because we are in aesthetics and wellness. We work 5.5 days a week and after regularization, we could have 2 Saturdays off. When it comes to my workmates, I think we get along well because they are mostly in my age bracket. For the supervisors and directors, I think they can still jive well and know how to listen when it comes to our innovation and ideas.
For 1 year of working in the company I have observed that it was peaceful and has teamwork. As time passed by I noticed that when there was colleagues' conflict the environment is not as peaceful as before. The work superiority really exist. The senior has advantages especially in terms of work and decking of clients. The new therapists are sometimes afraid to voice out because we may have low evolution from the seniors.
