
Candidates for head office positions go through initial interviews, next-level interviews, and sometimes up to 3rd-level interviews. Likewise, the hiring managers occasionally do panel interviews to expedite the hiring process. Once they pass the final interview stage, they will undergo a character reference check and the complete results of it will be shared with the hiring managers for further checking and review. We will create the job offer once the hiring managers provide their approval to move forward with the next steps.
