I have only been with the company for over two months, but I have already attended several training programs, which is beneficial for me to be more immersed in the work life and culture.
The Learning and Development Team of GADC provides a range of training options for the employees. By immersing myself in several stations in one of our company-owned restaurants, I was able to gain a better understanding of McDonald's primary business. By doing this, I was able to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of our company and how I could support the operations group in achieving our company's goals and objectives.
