The workplace culture is supportive, starting from the BU head down to my immediate head, and there is good teamwork within the team. The reporting line is formal, with clear structure and responsibilities. During break times or after work hours, colleagues also engage in casual talks outside of work, which helps build rapport and strengthen relationships.
