In my role, I am responsible for managing various payroll functions. On a day-to-day basis, I perform payroll checking to ensure accuracy, register and enter payroll data, set up loan deductions for employees, and process final pay when employees leave the company. These tasks require attention to detail and adherence to company policies to ensure smooth and accurate payroll operations.
My role is Port Maintenance Lead/Port Maintenance Officer. I oversee the machineries at the port, mainly the ice crushers, fish graders, and centrifugal pumps. My day-to-day tasks include monitoring their operational status, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly to minimize downtime. I also supervise and support maintenance activities to keep equipment in good condition for reliable operations.
Tech support and site workloads day to day has a different task some days are fun and manageable but some days is difficult due to the workplace where some area or task is difficult
