Honestly, I don't like the office setup because it has an open area shared by both managers and their teams. Also, I think the dress code should be based on specific days with designated colors to wear.
The workplace environment is generally okay and functional. However, the office location in the field is a bit far since it is on the 2nd floor, which requires some walking to access. In terms of dress code, it is uniformed, which helps maintain a professional and consistent appearance at work.
