In my role, I have participated in several training programs, including Darwin Box, Google Sheets, and Looker. These programs have significantly enhanced my technical skills, particularly in system management and data analysis. The trainings were practical and aligned with the demands of the job, allowing me to apply what I learned directly to my daily tasks.
In my role, I was able to attend training programmes that focused on leadership, interpersonal skills, and character development related to work. Through my experience, I have also learned and improved a lot of technical skills, leadership abilities, problem-solving, and teamwork. I believe there are good development opportunities available for me to keep improving, and I am guided and supported by my superiors through feedback and mentoring.
