Culture is very good; everyone is welcoming and accommodating. Teams and mentors will guide you, help you learn and support you. People who work here get along with each other and are actually friends. Some even going out together on the weekends or playing sports after work.

Team is cooperative and teamwork is done every time. Sometimes upper corporate expects results that can only be achieved with money that is not given to the dept.

Of course, there's no perfect organization, but for the most part, my colleagues are able to exercise our core commitments: Continuous Learning with Growth Mindset, Care with Action, and Collaboration with Empathy. I was happy to really feel at home within my first few months of working here. In terms of collaboration when it comes to projects, I'm able to easily approach my leaders and co-workers.

I can barely feel the hierarchy in monde nissin, which is something i deeply appreciate. Despite the age (and generational) gaps, everyone treats everyone with respect while maintaining warm relations. You can socialize and work with other people harmoniously and quite easily.

I like the environment and culture our leaders have established. I can say that, at least in the tax department, there is a work-life balance.
