Company is very diverse. A lot of people are from different backgrounds and a lot of different perspectives.
I noticed that our workforce is a great mix of different ages and educational backgrounds. They're more keen on values and work ethic/performance. I haven't noticed any concerning policies or practices that show a lack of inclusion or diversity.
I'd like to think that my company is inclusive, as we don't discriminate on genders, race, religion and others. I'd like to think my company hires their employees based on skills and individual's contributions.
