My managers are very good mentors.
They are all very accessible and approachable. They've really set an example for me on how to be down to earth even if your position may be high. They're also very affirming of successful projects or initiatives. My boss in particular praises us practically with every good work we're able to do. It allows my team and I to really feel seen and valued.
My supervisors/managers were all good mentors who responded as fast as they could to any queries/concerns i had. Each task, they had feedback for me and always praised me for doing a good job. We speak to each other directly, and even when i made mistakes, none of them berated me for it. Instead, they still present a warm and welcoming aura and guide me through the task as needed.
