As a talent acquisition intern, i mostly screen resumes for initial interviews for various roles (finance and accounting, internships, and qa). I also reached out to the candidates and scheduled their respective interviews. I also had other projects/tasks like benchmarking and making visual aids, as well as social media post templates. however, since i am an intern with academic units, i don't spend the entire day doing all of these. My hours are very flexible, and i am not expected to immediately finish all my assigned projects on the same day they were assigned.
The work i do is value-adding to me, both as a professional and in my personal life. What i do now is what i really studied when i was in college so there wasn't a huge gap in training and actual work.
