The whole process was very smooth and they were very accommodating. But the process was more complex and tedious as it was for a Management Trainee position which is understandable. But overall, it was a seamless experience.

There was an initial interview and the interviewer had a great personality and pleasing disposition. When I passed, I had to take an online assessment, which was manageable. I then had to undergo three other interviews and process my pre employment requirements. I loved that they already gave me a clear picture as to what was to be expected of me.
For internships, we were not asked to answer any assessment. We were just interviewed at least twice. First, by a recruiter from the talent acquisition team, and second, by the supervisor who will be handling us. Once things flow smoothly, you will be asked to submit the necessary papers.
It was very quick. It only took me one whole day for the online exam and three sets of interview. It was quick and seamless.
