For an entry level position, the salary is quite high but comparing this amount (which is for a Management Trainee position in an FMCG company) against Management Trainee positions in companies within the same industry, it is quite low. But if you're in Sales, you do get additional car and gas allowance which can also get quite big. And generally, the company also gives other allowances like transportation, food, clothing and medicine which are a big help.
I love that we have one free meal every day here at the Santa Rosa site. I especially appreciate the HMO benefit for 3 dependents. I'm glad also that the company covers transportation expenses when we have to go to different sites for Talent Acquisition meetings or gatherings.
Aside from the salary (which is higher than what most internships in the philippines offer), there are many freebies while in the office. You can get free food when there are events and seminars, as well as "ayuda" packages that feature monde nissin products. These are usually given during intern activities or events in the office.
I am satisfied with the benefits of my company in terms of medical (100% covered plus medicines, and 3 covered dependents), dental (subject to limit), educational assistance (i get to study in one of the top 4 universities in ph). The annual bonus is also compounded annually. The salary package is okay, but it can still be improved/benchmarked with the industry average. Also, more leave credits available: vacation, sick, emergency, birthday, extra leaves.
