As an intern, i mostly just gain coaching/mentoring from my supervisors in terms of all of my tasks until i have gotten accustomed to doing it, so that they can safely watch from the sidelines as i do more independent work. With this, i have gotten better at benchmarking, employer branding, and screening resumes. Each of these had immediate feedback from the supervisors, which allowed me to change and revise the tasks accordingly, until i was able to grasp what they were looking for. At which point, fewer and fewer comments were made. aside from this, i was also given multiple opportunities to sit in during their seminars (both online and onsite), where i was able to attend a few. I appreciate these seminars because i can use them in real life. Some of these were how to optimize one's linkedin as a recruiter and how to optimize platforms such as reddit and pinterest for marketing.
There is a lot of training provided, both technical and other aspects of growth. The company really invests in their employees and make sure they are always learning and growing.
The organization is committed to employee development, providing all the essential training resources to enhance skills and support career advancement.
In my role, the company provides structured training programs designed to support both onboarding and continuous development. These include a mix of formal training sessions, online learning modules, and hands-on experience. The onboarding process was especially helpful in building a strong foundation and understanding of company systems, processes, and expectations. over time, ive participated in various skill-based workshops and cross-functional training sessions that have helped me strengthen both my technical and soft skills. These included areas like project management, communication, problem-solving, and data analysis.
