The dev team I worked with are very approachable. Sometimes the managers can be too preoccupied with other work to tend to your work always but they do offer great insights in scheduled meetings.
There is a clear hierarchy and system that is in place that allows communication and follow-through to be addressed seamlessly. The culture is overall great too.
There was a sense of work is work. There will be times to discuss but you need to get work done. There was also a sense of we understand and we can see what can we do to solve this issue together.
The people in here are very warm and approachable despite being busy.
