Our managers are very approachable and they immediately answer my concerns. They make good mentors by providing guidance when needed.
My manager was extremely helpful. Communicative, hardworking, and a great thinker. Anyone would be lucky to have them as their mentor.
She made sure to always provide feedback to help me improve. She always was such a kind and understanding person.
My immediate supervisor is accessible enough to us given the workload that she has. She is a patient and well-spoken mentor. She is able to listen to us while giving constructive feedback and help when necessary
