Workplace culture is great. Everyone seems to be high performing so definitely it helps with how you are expected to perform. For someone who aims to go high, I find the workplace culture very aligned with me. Outside of work, I am also able to socialize with my peers which I find to be helpful in my growth both personally and professionally.
