The environment is great. Office is well-lit. Spaces are big enough to move around. There are enough outdoor and indoor spaces, as well as meeting rooms. We also have social spaces when one needs to unwind. For me, I find the physical work environment to be a perfect mix of professional setup and at the same time, relaxed and chill. For the dress code, everyone seems to dress nicely - smart casual, business casual.
