Promotion is really quick in the firm. It only takes 1 busy season, about 4-6 months of the year to get promoted to another level. However, competence will still be accounted through our performance matrix. P&A also is very encouraging to their employees as to aspirations. Annually, people coaches will check and discuss to the employees their aspirations through the Individual Development Performance Matrix.
