They usually give us performance bonus based on our rating during the fiscal year and productivity bonus based on the firm's productivity and health bonus. They also give us mobile allowance.
I appreciate the additional benefits offered in my role. The best or most unusual perks is the health bonus wherein we get 50% of our basic pay if we don't use up for sick leaves.
