Our employer has designated floors for different departments, and the location is in Makati which is a civilized place for work. The dress code is Business Casual attire to maintain the appropriateness in appearance while at work.
Our office space allows us to collaborate with each other. There is no permanent seat so you can sit wherever you want. As for the dress code, you just need to dress appropriately. Of course, you need to wear business attire if you are client-facing.
Apart from the head office located in Makati, my employer also has an office in Cavite, which is conveniently close to where I live. This proximity significantly benefits me in terms of reduced commuting time and transportation costs. It allows me to avoid heavy traffic, stay productive at work, and have sufficient time for rest and personal activities. The Cavite office is spacious enough to accommodate all employees comfortably, and the facilities are excellent. In terms of dress code, we are required to wear business attire at the Makati office, while smart casual is acceptable at the Cavite office, offering a more relaxed work environment.
It's good and work-friendly. Dress code is business casual, but required to wear closed formal shoes all the time under the audit department.
Clean and wide, good for collaboration and communication with co-workers
