The PCG Team were very organized starting from their interview process up until my on-boarding day. It was well executed and they accomodated my concerns well.
The interview was challenging but the interviewers made sure that you can freely express what you want to say.
Since I was an intern, the process went smoothly when I applied as a full-time employee. I was hired just a few days after submitting my application and only had one face-to-face interview.
It was very easy, easy to follow and answer the assessments. However, I was never interviewed by a manager despite HR telling me to prepare for it.
