The employer is actively promoting the continuous learning for the employees that is why there were seminars and trainings that we attended that is important in honing our skills in work .

Our firm regularly conducts training sessions, including both core and elective courses, which we enroll in to enhance our skills and improve.
There are monthly trainings that upskill the employees. With regards to feedback/mentoring, it's just okay. There is a formal feedback structure but is not implemented properly.
